Support
You do not need to know which person or department handles your question before writing. Tell us what you need and include the context you already have; we will route the message to the right member of the team.
- Educational or research question: Tell us what subject you are trying to understand and whether you are looking for an existing resource, source material, or a topic we should consider covering.
- Review, product-analysis, or article question: Include the page URL and the product, claim, evidence, or section you are asking about.
- Correction: Tell us exactly what appears to be wrong and, when possible, include the source or documentation that supports the correction.
- Consumer-safety or accessibility issue: Identify the page, product, resource, or site feature involved and include details that would help us reproduce or understand the problem.
- Media, nonprofit, institutional, or partnership inquiry: Give us a short description of the request, the organization involved, the purpose, and any relevant deadline.
- Legal or policy matter: Include the applicable page, date, contact information, and enough detail for us to understand the request. Our Legal directory contains the policies that govern the site.
Response time: We read incoming messages during normal business hours and respond as quickly as the subject allows. Detailed requests usually move faster because we do not have to ask for the basic context first.
