Where we ship
The Vape Reviews Shop currently ships merchandise to valid delivery addresses within the United States. Availability for other destinations is not represented unless it is specifically enabled at checkout and in the corresponding product data.
Shipping cost
Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $5.95 USD per order. The shipping charge is displayed in the cart and again during checkout before an order is submitted.
Order handling
In-stock merchandise is normally processed for shipment within 1–3 business days after the order is accepted. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.
Transit and delivery estimate
Standard transit is estimated at 3–7 business days after the order has shipped. The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is therefore generally 4–10 business days. Carrier delays, severe weather, address problems, or other circumstances outside the carrier and merchant workflow can extend delivery.
Tracking and delivery issues
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, contact the carrier and then contact Vape Reviews customer service with the order number.
