Shop Purchase Terms
Seller and scope
Vape Reviews is the seller of merchandise offered through the Vape Reviews Shop at VapeReviews.org. The shop sells publication-branded apparel and accessories. It does not sell vaping products, devices, liquids, components, or other regulated products.
Pricing and taxes
Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. The price shown on the product page and checkout is the price charged for the merchandise unless a clearly disclosed promotion applies. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable tax rules.
Order acceptance
Submitting an order requests a purchase. An order is accepted after payment authorization and confirmation that the order can be fulfilled. Vape Reviews may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, contains an obvious pricing or inventory error, or is identified as fraudulent or unauthorized.
Payment
Checkout supports conventional credit and debit card payment through the secure payment provider used by Vape Reviews. Payment information is handled by the payment provider and is not stored by Vape Reviews.
