Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests
To request cancellation, contact support@vapereviews.org as soon as possible and include the order number. A cancellation can be completed only before the order has entered shipment processing that can no longer be stopped.
After shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled as an unshipped order. Eligible merchandise may instead be returned under the Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.
Merchant cancellation
Vape Reviews may cancel and refund an order when merchandise is unavailable, a payment cannot be completed, the shipping address cannot be serviced, or the order appears fraudulent or unauthorized.
