Image Licensing and Usage Policy

Ownership and Copyright

Unless a specific asset states otherwise, original photographs, illustrations, graphics, branded share cards, logos, icons, and other original visual assets created for and published by Vape Reviews are copyrighted works owned or controlled by Vape Reviews. © 2026 Vape Reviews. All rights reserved.

Branded graphics may incorporate third-party names, logos, or trademarks solely to identify the relevant platform, product, or service. Those third-party marks remain the property of their respective rights holders, and their appearance does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reuse those marks.

Permission Required for Reuse

Access to an image, indexing by a search engine, or publication on vapereviews.org does not grant a public license to reproduce, republish, redistribute, modify, adapt, display, transmit, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, or otherwise reuse the image.

Prior written permission from Vape Reviews is required before reuse, except where applicable law independently permits the use without permission.

Machine Learning and Dataset Use

Vape Reviews does not grant permission to incorporate its original images or visual assets into machine-learning training datasets, model-training workflows, model-evaluation datasets, synthetic-data pipelines, or other automated content corpora without prior written permission, except where applicable law independently permits the use.

Requesting a License or Permission

Permission requests may be submitted through the Vape Reviews Contact page. Include the image URL or file name, the intended use, distribution method, audience, territory, duration, requested modifications, and whether the use is commercial or noncommercial.

Any permission granted by Vape Reviews may specify scope, duration, territory, attribution, placement, format, modification limits, fees or fee waivers, and other conditions. Permission applies only to the use expressly authorized in writing.

Attribution and Credit

When written permission requires attribution, use the credit line “Vape Reviews” and retain any copyright, creator, credit, rights, and licensing metadata supplied with the asset unless the written permission states otherwise.

Embedded Rights Metadata

Vape Reviews may embed creator, credit, copyright, usage terms, licensing URLs, licensor contact information, descriptive metadata, and provenance-related information in image files. Removal or alteration of that metadata does not expand the rights granted to a recipient.

Search Engines and Indexing

Vape Reviews permits ordinary crawling and indexing of publicly accessible pages and images by search engines in accordance with the site’s published crawling directives. Search indexing does not constitute permission for republication, redistribution, commercial exploitation, dataset use, or other reuse of the underlying image files.

Third-Party Content and Trademarks

This policy does not grant rights in third-party photographs, logos, trademarks, service marks, product images, or other material that may appear within a Vape Reviews page or graphic. Rights in third-party material remain with the applicable rights holder.

Enforcement and Copyright Notices

Unauthorized use may result in a request for removal, attribution correction, licensing resolution, or other action available under applicable law. Copyright owners who believe material on Vape Reviews infringes their rights may also review the DMCA and Copyright Policy.
