Community Rules and Posting Guidelines

The short version: be specific, be civil, and do not present guesses as verified facts. Keep thread titles descriptive, use the closest forum, and give enough context for another person to understand what you are asking.

Do not post private information, impersonate another person, spam commercial links, or use the forum to arrange prohibited sales. Product discussion is welcome; direct sales and marketplace activity are not.

When a post makes a factual claim that can be checked against a public source, link the source when practical. Our full moderation standards are in the User-Generated Content and Moderation Policy.

One addition from the fact-checking side: dates and model revisions matter. If you are quoting a product page or announcement, including when you saw it can prevent a lot of confusion later.

Clear and normal rules. Good. Most forums become hard to use when every topic turns into the same argument, so keeping threads specific will help.
